Participants
received the above mentioned programme very well. Given below
is a brief feedback received from the participants on the programme.
On
the programme:

Excellent.
- Helped
to be assertive.
- Helpful
in dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Worked
towards decrease of negative traits.
- Informative
- gave insight on "how to communicate".
- Body
language, active listening and public speaking sessions were
good and informative.
- Whatever
was taught is useful/ effective in day-to-day life - practical
knowledge was imparted. Nothing was fictitious. Everything made
sense. Trainee will try and implement knowledge received in
their life.
- Course
was not tiring. Felt lively and happy.
- Course
material was good.
On
the faculty:
- Mr.
Sarosh Dastoor proved to be an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable
and friendly. The employes felt at ease with him. He was more
like a friend than a trainer. They could open up with him and
express their views freely.
- Ms.
Roda Bhadha was very friendly and approachable.
To
sum, the programme was an excellent eye opener on various issues
like communication, creativity and assertiveness.
We hope to
nominate some more employees for similar programmes in the future.
